This is quite easy once you catch on. Start off by one person saying

Example:
poster1: Here is a pair of sunglasses
poster2: thanks poster1.
then, poster2: here is a box of chocolates
Poster2 isn't specificly referring to poster1 though, he/she could be referring to anyone, so anyone can accept this present by just saying "Thanks, *poster's name*
